摘要：
介绍一种用于护士水平评价类考试的视频类型试题,包括其特点、优势、设计要点、应用等方面,为教育院校或机构进行试题设计提供参考。建议教育者增加使用视频类型试题,进一步满足应试者对公平的价值诉求,突出视频类型试题在测量护士逻辑思维能力方面的重要作用及对临床常用技能、实践能力、人文沟通能力内容考核的优势作用。

Abstract:
This article introduced a new type of video examination adopted in nurse level evaluation examination,including the characteristics,advantages,key points designed,and application. We suggested that such a type of examination should be used in order to meet the equality requirements of nurses. Besides,the video examination has the advantage on measuring the logistic thinking ability of nurses and assessing the abilities of common skills,clinical practice,and communication.
